These terms of service are to refer back to in case of an issue or dispute, and to reach a clear understanding as to what you can expect by commissioning me. Feel free to contact me about any questions you may have.
By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accept these terms of service.

What you will receive

Feedback from commissioner
⬩ You may give feedback on work-in-process images and depending on the stage of the piece, request reasonable changes such as colour changes or addition of details.References
Gather photo reference and completely read through my TOS before filling out my commission form.
For a commission, please provide me with at least one clear (preferably fullbody) reference image of the character(s) to be drawn.
If no such reference is available, I will consider the commission to include character design, which comes with additional fees.
I retain the right to slightly modify/interpret a design into my own style if necessary (for example, modify colours to suit the lighting of the artwork)
Detailed and complex designs (eg. armour, mechanic elements, intricate lace designs, etc.) that will take considerably more time to draw and render may warrant additional fees.
The idea you sent me will be the final idea so make sure all the details are in order before requesting.
I do not accept every order that is requested - I will review all submissions and select the ones I feel will result in the best final product with my current set of skills.
For illust etc I give you an update on progress only in the rough sketch, base color and when it's finished
For L2D commission i only give you update when rough sketch, sketch color and before finishing
PAYMENT
PAYMENT PLANS
• For most orders, I require full payment up front
• If the order is large (totaling over $200++) you have the option to paid upfront by 50%, and 50% upon approval of the sketches
• The currency accepted is USD or IDR
• Naturally, I will not continue unpaid commissions.PAYMENT VIA
• Payments are via Bank Local or paypal only
⬩ After receiving a commission request, I will confirm the final commission price with the commissioner, and send an invoice to your PayPal account.
⬩ Do not send any type of payment before I have confirmed and accepted your commission, and please wait for my instructions.
⬩ IDR price is only for INDONESIANS PEOPLE, not for international options.
INTERNATIONAL only use USD price.
⬩ I WILL ONLY WORK IF THE MONEY HAS BEEN RECEIVED BY MEUNPAID COMMISSIONS
⬩ You will lose any rights to any art/images I have produced for you, including work-in-process images. The use of these images in any form will be strictly prohibited and if necessary, I will take action via the appropriate channels to have any of my artwork taken down.
⬩ You will be blacklisted from any future purchases of my work (including commissions, adoptables, merchandise, etc.)
⬩ I hold the right to use my social media platforms to warn others in the community of your behaviour.
WORKING TIME
DEADLINES
• If there is a deadline I need to know about, please let me know in the order form so I can tell you if it can be completed by then.
• Commissions by default have no immediate deadline unless discussed before payment.
• Most orders have a turnaround time of 2 weeks-2 month depending on the type of commission.
• I try to get commissions done as soon as possible but my average turnaround time is subject to change and depends on my workload.
• Bigger and more complex orders will take longer.
• Sketching and color selection are not included in the processing time!!!
• Waitlisted orders may not be started on for a few weeks.RUSH ORDER
• I accept deadlines - some may require a fee depending on how large the order is and how soon it must be completed.
• For an additional 2x of the price, you can be added to my priorities list
• I can complete rush orders in 3 - 15 business days depending on the type of commission.
• I only take 2 rush order per monthDELAYS
⬩ If someone orders a rush order then all default commissions will be delayed in processing.
⬩ Please don't pressure me to speed things up, the more time you give me the better the results you will get
⬩ When I am sick or have urgent matters I will notify you and delay your commission according to the agreed time period
⬩ When there is a device repair, all commissions will be temporarily delayed
⬩ IF YOU REQUEST A LOT OF REVISIONS AND MANY TIMES YOU CHANGE THE DESIGN OR ASK TO DO IT FROM THE BEGINNING THEN THE PROCESSING WILL TAKE LONGER.
CANCEL ORDER
CANCEL AND REFUND
• The reason for the cancellation request will be considered, reasons that are unreasonable or outside of our fault will be rejected
• If you buy a commission and you are on the waitlist, make sure you are someone who can be patient and can queue, if you don't, you can choose the option to order a rush fee or not commission an artist at all.
• Cancellation and refund requests for reasons of being impatient and wanting to go first without waiting in line will be rejected, so please estimate carefully before ordering a commission.
• Refunds will only be available at the WAITING STAGE for the down payment, if it has entered the COMMISSION MONTH SLOT you cannot request a cancelation, please consider this carefully. For example, if you order in January and you get a slot in March, you can cancel the commission in the January and February time period only, if it is already March, the cancel request will not be accepted because it has already entered the COMMISSION START LINE . (But the reason for canceling will STILL BE IN CHECK, if the reason is unreasonable and has nothing to do with the artist, especially just because of the client's impatience and emotions, it will definitely be rejected).
• Cancel after entering the start time (month of your slot) especially since the sketch has been received to finish stage, this is the time line where it WILL NOT BE CANCELLED. If you keep pressing to cancel, the commission will be canceled without any refund.
• I have the right to cancel a commission (ex: I am unable to complete the order for any reason). Commissions | cancel will be given a full refund.
• If you use 3 times payment the first payment will forfeited if cancelled.
• I keep the rights and use of canceled commissions.If I am not able to finish your commission
⬩ I will notify you about this as soon as possible. Depending on my progress.
⬩ I can ask for extra time without pressure!!
Make sure to discuss it first with the artist before deciding on something, the artist will help resolve things for both parties to achieve results that don't harm anyone.
COPYRIGHT AND USAGE
As artist, I hold every right to the produced work, and reserve the right to use it for the following purposes:
⬩ displaying it on any of my public social media
⬩ promoting my work and commissions
⬩ publication in eg. artbooks
⬩ I will refrain from using the image for commercial purposes such as merchandise unless with the explicit written permission of the commissioner.
⬩ If the work involves any original character(s) or elements that belong to the commissioner, I will make sure to credit the owner(s).As commissioner, you may...
⬩ post the image to your social media with proper credit
⬩ use the image as icon, header, banner, etc. on any social media with credit to the artist
⬩ print the work and use it for crafts such as mugs, t-shirts, tote-bags, etc. for personal use exclusively.As commissioner, you may not...
⬩ use the work for any type of commercial use (this includes but is not limited to: reselling the image to a third party, producing merchandise with the image, etc.)
⬩ heavily modify the work without my permission
⬩ take credit for the work and/or remove my signature
⬩ trace it as a base for other works (personal or commercial)
In case any of these rules are broken, the commissioner relinquishes all rights to the drawing, and I retain the right to stop improper use via the appropriate channels.
